Valentine's Day Gingham Scrunchie with Bow Option

Scrunchies are BACK! and with this scrunchies you can match your dog in their gingham hearts bandana!  I've also added an option to add a super cute tie to it that makes it look more like a bow.  This way you can have it plain or with a little extra pizazz.  The tie is removable so if you choose the tie option you can have it both ways.
